The productivity of an organization is the key to its success. Organizational coaching recognizes that an organization is a social system of people-to-people and people-to-work networks. These are networks in which employees have both social needs and the desire to make meaningful contributions toward the accomplishment of organizational goals.
However, sometimes the productivity of the organization is not achieved. Unfortunately, there is not always a clear understanding of why this is happening.
Organizational coaching works with the people networks to develop the clarity necessary to restore productivity to acceptable levels. This is accomplished using one-on-one and team coaching techniques which are designed to get to the core issues. Plans are then developed and executed to eliminate the obstacles that are getting in the way of increased productivity and growth.
