Executive Leadership Coach
Nancy has worked with LSI since 2015 and is an Executive Coach and Facilitator. With a MBA in Marketing Management from The Wharton School of Business, she has worked in field sales, marketing management, and financial analysis with IBM, American Express and Wall Street firms, respectively. After her corporate career, she ran her own marketing consulting and training business as an entrepreneur for 15 years. She was later hired, before joining LSI, to manage a Corporate University as head of Learning and Development for a Top 15 CPA firm in the US.
An expert facilitator, Nancy trains with an engaging style on a variety of development topics. She has also coached over 50 LSI client employees, from first-time to upper level managers, helping them navigate the challenges of building a cohesive team that produces demanding outcomes. Clients from diverse backgrounds say what they like most is how relatable Nancy is, and how they learned to work smarter with her help.
Nancy is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) candidate with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is a graduate of Coach U’s Core Essentials Program. Her clients work in industries ranging from financial services, industrial production, technology, to public services; and from entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 firms. Volunteering as facilitator of an ICF Colorado Special Interest Group, she has also led new coaches to their success.
