Therefore, to assist you in the development of your leaders we created our W.I.S.D.O.M.© Leadership Program.  This three tiered program focuses on your first line managers (Premier Leadership Program™), middle management (Nexus Leadership Program™) and "high potential" executive leaders (Executive Leadership Program™).  This program is highly customizable to fit your specific organizational needs. The acronym W.I.S.D.O.M.© is the framework upon which the program was built.

Premier Leadership Development Program™ (PLDP)

WHO
  • First Line Managers Who Are Managing People For The First Time
  • Experienced In Managing People Without Any Previous Training
WHAT

Training in effective management of people which includes team building and good communications skills.

DURATION

Six (6) – Twelve (12) Months

LSI SERVICES
  • Skills Assessments
  • Training (generally all are in-person sessions)
  • Coaching (minimum of 2 sessions/month)
  • Monthly webinars to supplement training

Nexus Leadership Development Program™ (NLDP)

WHO
  • Middle Managers Who Are Managing Managers For The First Time
  • Experienced In Managing Managers Without Any Previous Training
WHAT

Training in effective management of managers which includes setting vision, good communications skills and effective delegation.

DURATION

Twelve (12) – Eighteen (18) Months

  • Skills Assessments
  • Training (some in-person sessions)
  • Coaching (minimum of 2 sessions/month)
  • Monthly webinars to supplement training

Executive Leadership Development Program™ (ELDP)

WHO
  • “High Potential” Individuals
  • Targeted To Lead Key Portion Of The Enterprise
WHAT

Training in effective senior leadership which includes strategic planning, systems thinking, financial fundamentals and effective communications.

DURATION

Eighteen (18) – Thirty Six (36) Months

  • Multiple Skills Assessments
  • Training (both in-person and online)
  • Individual Coaching (requirement of 2 sessions/month)
  • Group Coaching (once per month – webinar style)
